Afsheen is CEO, Leadership Advisor and Lead Executive Coach at The Phoenix Coaching Co. She focuses on amplifying leadership impact among leaders and leadership teams primarily in the Pharma, FMCG and Beverages sectors across the Leadership Lifecycle. She is also leadership development faculty with Cranfield University and host of the popular bite-sized leadership development podcast, Getting Real. She has created and copyrighted a Leadership Life Cycle model that offers tailored solutions for specific milestones in the leadership journey. This model has been validated by HR leaders in organizations such as Novartis, General Mills, Takeda, Western Union, and Renk Group.

Afsheen has prior corporate experience in multinational organizations such as KPMG, Mondelez International and Abbott Laboratories as an HR leader for 18+ years.

Afsheen is a passionate advocate for DEIB in the workplace and is currently ICF’s Global DEIB ambassador, having previously co-led ICF’s Leadership and Executive Coaching Community of Practice of 8’000 members. She has also been a Board Member of ICF Switzerland and ICF United Arab Emirates Board.

Afsheen received an M.B.A. from Baylor University, Texas. She holds an ICF PCC certification. She is also a certified HBDI Whole Brain® Thinking, Meyers Briggs MBTI I and II Practitioner, and Korn Ferry VOICES® 360 practitioner as well as trained in the use of PROSCI Change Management tools and the AQai Adaptability assessment.

Originally from Pakistan, she has lived and worked in 8 countries across 3 continents in the last 25 years. Afsheen is currently based in Switzerland with her husband and son. In her free time Afsheen enjoys kick-boxing, flamenco dancing, yoga and long walks in nature.
